Texturing.xyz Hyperskin

I was lucky enough to collaborate with Texturing.xyz and got to test out their amazing Hyperskin maps on my latest character The Druid. I sent them the head mesh once I was relatively happy with all of the forms. I did a pore pass using alphas in Zbrush before delivering the head to them because the technology is able to read the surface of your mesh and react to the surface detail which is already present, down to single pore locations. It also added pore stretching where necessary which can be really difficult to do manually.

Anyone who knows my work knows that I priorities detail because I believe it's the level of detail that helps sell the realism of the piece. This Hyperskin pass and multiple powerful utility maps were extremely helpful in achieving a level of detail that I had never been able to match in the past. I have done some comparison renders to show the difference between the raw ZBrush Alpha pore pass, and the Hyperskin maps. I highly recommend Hyperskin if you are trying to achieve next-level skin in your production work.
